If you go into your game folder \Steam\steamapps\common\CrossCode\assets\data\players and open one of the files with a notepad you can easily change the stats of each character as you please.
The stats are all in the first line, one after another. HP, attack, defense, focus. You can change it probably to any number you want. E.g. 200 base HP to 20000. The game only shows a maximum of 9999 HP and 999 attack, defense and focus tho.
You can also not only change the EXP/Credit drop of enemies (in \Steam\steamapps\common\CrossCode\assets\data\enemies, but their stats as well. But making yourself a invincible god makes this pretty much obsolete.
Only difference compared to a trainer is, that any manual changes in the game directory are permanent. If you ever want a challenge you have to uninstall and install the game again. Or probably just delete the changed files and let Steam repair them. Should work as well.
