You don't really need a trainer, game runs off your system clock, simply change the clock to a few days forward and the game thinks it's run for that long. When you're done speeding up time, just save, close the game and set your clock back to the original time, game is perfectly fine with that.

Not for hobbies, the last few take too long, and you can only skip time every 7 days so it requires a lot of opening and closing to move one level.
