sry, i do not play the game a lot. but i think the flower is like a parachute..

Here is a list i wish (Update):
1. Super Jump
2. Inf. Jetpack / Rocket Pack
3. Inf. Parachute / Flower
4. Inf. Crystals (pull 1 out -> get 100)

The flower is a parachute like thing, there is a jetpack you get at 20% of all the crystals which has a certain amount of jet fuel. I believe this is what gongon's talking about

Another things to note is that, in the game for collecting 100% of all the crystals, you get an inf. jet pack
