I have the game and i found out the structure is quite the same. The cheats of 3 still work on 4. The trainer doesnt work. Cause of the codes are not the same. I tried myself a bit to fix this but when i use it the tax stays on 17% with billions of money but when the parlement agrees it all the way to 50% tax and i lose the game after that..... i think its serieusly not a lot of work if you know wich coding the script needs
