It's ridiculous how the developers intentionally implemented mugging just so you can't amass money. If this is the case, then really they should not have the Equipment store unlocked until you can earn enough money in one go to purchase things there.

Would like to see a options for money increments of $100 (any more just causes you to get jumped on the street all the time) and perhaps increments on skill points of something like 10 per click. then the usual stamina and health invulnerability for people who just want to fast track the game.
