CE works kind of. There is 4 addresses to take into account. First to set the money, 2nd will automatically be set at the same. And then there are 2 more addresses that are linked to the overdraft. If you do not lock those last 2 it will put you in overdraft anyway. Also, you have to restart CE after every mission or it will not find the overdraft addresses somehow...

But yeah, a trainer would be nice! A feature that locks the mission deadlines would be very useful too.

Hey! Could you elaborate a bit more?

A bit old but basically do the following:

1. Run CE with Railroad Corp loaded as the exe.
2. Select Double as Value Type under Scan type.
3. Input whatever your starting $ is in the game and scan.
4. Spend as little as possible
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have FOUR entries.
6. Change all four entries to whatever $ amount you want, for example $2,000,000.
7. Each Scenario you will have to do a new scan. You don't have to restart CE.

Not a complete cheat but it gets around mission time since you don't have to scrounge for money and the skill points are meaningless pretty much since you have unlimited money.
