What is no loading through doors exactly ? .

he probably means to cut the little animation of doors opening/walking up stairs/climbing ladders etc.
a minor annoyance, but have some nostalgic charm imo if you played the first re games

I didn't see any timers in game while making the trainer .

In the beginning on the train with the 2 math puzzles. you get like a 3 min or so timer that counts down. When you get the keycard and need to run all the way to the back. It's when you need to stop the train.

There's a mod for ReMake for Resident Evil 1 HD REMASTER that takes 2 seconds to go through doors, without the mod it takes about 7.
