buy it for like $10 from g2a.com if they still have it. always buy the US or GLOBAL edition of the game if in North America and do not buy the RU russian version of the games on there since they will not activate on North American steam region accounts.

the current price is between 4 - 5 bucks
depending on what you are getting from the steam store.

The only issue at the moment is steam is to cheap and lazy to provide anymore working CD-keys atm.

which will make you get a cannot connect to key server issue.

It be best to just buy the game via Amazon or so
