This game play similar to Sid Meier pirate and Pirate of the Caribbean series. The game doesn't support alt+tab so can you make it work without turning the game on first?

God mode
God mode for ship/fleet
Always full or minimum required crews for ship/fleet
Fast sailing on world map
Fast sailing in tactical battle
These three are optional since it's not a problem to do without.
