You can cheat it with Cheat Engine

How To:
Just call a resource rocket and when you have to insert which resources you want delivered like 10 food, search for 10 (4 byte) till you get 1 value etc. Then save that value (Don't change it yet) And do the same for the next resource. Then once you have saved all the values. Change them to the amount you want and press Launch. Don't press on anything else once you have entered the amount you want.

This also results in you not having funds

btw - i saw that trainer was made (not free - thats sad) when u starts new game and its used info on 1st page about starting founds and ship cargo capacity

It's very easy to cheat on this game you don't need to use cheat engine.

Just open Mod Editor and create your own mod with you preferred settings

If you don't know how/don't want to create it you can use my cheat mod:

-Max Money
-Max Resources
-Fast Research
-50 Orbital Probes
-Cargo Capacity 100000000kg
-All buildings (x5)
-11 Starting rockets
etc

Instructions:
-Download and extract it to C:\Users\Your_Username_here\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\Mods
-Launch Surviving Mars and go Mod Manager and enable money cheat
-Start a new game and select SpaceX as Mission Sponsor.
