I perfer the resources not being topped up that could stop production, I rather have it produce somewhere around a certain frozen limit where production can still go on.

the only cheats i am interested in is money cheat energy cheat and one to make it so i can keep my damn resources declining to fast in the artic since your limited on how many residents you can place. everything else i plan to do on my own. and a big thank you to mrantifun
