Game already has cheats hard-coded, however they require completing on Hard/Extreme difficulties:
Big Head, Clumsy Enemies, Insane Gore, Squeaky Voices, T Pose, Only Headshots Kill, NPC Grenade on Death, NPC Accuracy Scale, NPC Health Scale, NPC Reaction Speed Scale, Infinite Ammo, Can't Reload, Knife Bullets, All Weapons Can ADS, Infinite Cloak/Focus (slo-mo), Player Take Damage Scale, etc
