Just because game was updated it doesn't actually mean that current trainer it's outdated, you have to see if any of cheats didn't got broken during that time, in simple way trainer has AOB scan which means in future when game updates gets rolled out each time it will scan signature and compare eventually with each data so that would find out if code inside source either did changed or not.
Straight to point, current trainer seems to be working fine.
So give a try and let us know, it definitely should work with GOG platform as well however i also may noticed there could be a issue with injection delay due to calling functions so you have to press twice until you hear windows sound error.
