1. Add/Subtract military units (max level).
2. Instant build
3. Fast research/All research unlocked
4. Unlimited budget
5. Fast research/All research unlocked
6. Not sure it's possible, but ability build more structures/hire more people at once. (E.g. when building Multidisciplinary Laboratories with
7. Again not sure it is possible, but disable game-end or make it so you can keep playing after you get taken out of power. Alternatively, disable riots/uprisings (official cheat code doesn't always work).
