Encounter, Items, and Gil already in game no reason to have him add it again,

Is there a Chance, for some more options tobe added for FF X? Specially for Blitzbal Tech/Stats
Or Such as:

lightning dodges (need to be consecutive)
Butterfly timer for catching them
Chocobo timer for races (cant gain time, stay under 0:00)
Blitzball (score, exp, all abilities unlocked)
All creatures captured
All overdrive modes unlocked (takes 1000 turns for some, too long)
item cheats (such as Having All once or 99x)

I agree Blitzball so just want to skip that part of the game, but I hate losing that match in the main story AND I SUCK at blitzball. If anything just for a 99 score and be done with it
