I need help and this is the only place I could think of.

I have a small .EXE, that was made bakc in 1995-1998 from a good friend and he just passed away.
I use this software for my buisness its a simple calculator that is used to cut material the efficient way.
Anyway, the computer this software is installed on, is about to die, Im trying to pack it and being able to run it on any computer using a USB stick (portable).
The app seems to be already portable, the issue I have is to get in...
I have hosted the file so we can look it.
Let me know if you can help.
I tried de-assembling the program and to look for a breakpoint without success.
