there is a post that says the trainer already on this site for the origional state of decay works with the DLC,
check that out and if it doesn't work, come back. If the trainer does work then come back anyway.

i found that an older trainer does work the StateOD+9Tr-LNG_UD9 not all the options work but mainly the stamina health and durability does work
