Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster Trainer

Hi, the trainer is looking for "re0hd.exe" but my game uses "bhd.exe", so the trainer doesn't work. Is there anything that can I do with it? I tried to find trainers for "bhd.exe" but I can't find any.

everytime I try to load it it just disappears completely. I don't know what's going on... I turned off my antivirus but that doesn't work and I ran it as administrator. is there anything else I should try?
