Resident evil 5 Gold Edition trainer update 1

So I got the trainer a few days ago and I kept on trying to make it work but all it does is crash my game.
The version i'm using is the latest 'Resident evil 5 Gold Edition update 1'
Anything advice or help would be appreciated!
