It does work. You need to start wemod with Returnal-weshipper64.exe not the normal returnal.exe
Then in the game, wait a minute or 3 before the trainer activates.

there is no Returnal-weshipper64 in the game folder. using fitgirl repack

i think he's referring to Returnal-Win64-Shipping.exe which is in Returnal\Returnal\Binaries\Win64\

seems to work for me after attaching that exe to wemod.
