Notice:

• First activate money cheat then go into bike customization
• For Freeze Opponents first drive 20 seconds in the race then activate cheat ,Don't activate it right after the start

Weird. The freeze opponents was working when I had an easy race then on a different race I switched to realistic and now it seems broken it freezes me aswell as the opponents lol

Will take a look at it , I really only tested it through the start of the game .

I tested it for season events and seems to work fine , Which kind of race you having problem in using the cheat ? , Added a notice about opponents freeze as well read it above to get it working properly .

Is there a trick to the freeze timer? I can get the freeze opponents to work just fine, but if I'm in one of those follow the path with cones it does not stop the timer at all. Thank you.

He means the time trial ones where you have to avoid hitting the cones and reach the finish line in a certain time, I haven't been able to get the freeze timer working either. I've waited nearly 1 minute before activating the cheat aswell and its never worked for me.
