i been playing rimworld and then when the raider arrive my goons cant seem to kill them! i download RimWorld Alpha 3f V3.413 when this forum is still "website".

inf.health is the only problem i encounter so far

So, my guess would be you wanna report the infinite healthy problem option for the game trainer?
