Temporary disable F1 or start from last checkpoint

Sorry to bother. First message says, that this is +7 trainer.
But trainer itself have only 5 options. How come?

the ammo arrows and granades are in one cheat hence the 7

No coins are not part of the cheat, I had to use cheat engine 6.4 to edit the coins.

And somehow the cheat actually worked for the coins after a few tries LOL.
