same here, i also edited Maps\USA files which dont help that much

Please add 100% band rating. Its so incredbly annoying having to have a certain band rating to sign with a record company.

You need to edit both double point values, say your points are 13, you'll have one that is the exact number then another with 13.0325235, just change both to the maximum of 100.

Did that for my character lastnight, didn't change getting crappy rating though, just allowed you to do 5 star songs.
