I think you should make hotkeys on numpad , because of first , second and third person view is on f1 f2 and f3...But even this what you have done is enough

Switch to the trainer when you wanna activate the cheats .

But I have a request, can the Hotkeys be changed to Numpad? Because it interferes with the keys used. Or maybe I can do it myself (changing the hotkeys) using what tools?

My trainers dont support key customization yet , I would suggest to change the binding keys for the game itself .

I had the same problem , try to first run the game load the save then minimize the game and run trainer on administrator and activate your desired options then go back to game and your desired cheats should be activated.Please reply if that works for you

if your trainer dosent work, start the game first then open the trainer, alt+tab while in the game will lead your to the trainer menu, then start to press F1 F2 so on, it should work.
