Shadowrun: Dragonfall DC Karma Issue

I've done everything I can think of to make this work. The other cheats work just fine, but the only one that I wanted (Infinite Karma) refuses to activate. I've been in and out of the karma screen, tried spending points, reverting points, and even starting a new game and trying it all again. Nothing works. Anybody got any ideas?

Steam version, works with 2.0.4, assuming that's the version since I'm not sure how to check the game version
