I fired up a new game on Deity ready to unleash hell upon the new civs and then remembered I needed the trainer update as well. The barbarians are kicking my ass and I'm just trying to discover pottery... whoops

Dude! I started a game on Deity and I was gone in less than 20 turns... barbarians and stupid Tokimune wiped me out... *sigh - I suck at this game*

Civ games are only playable with a trainer, this is just fact

trainer still works partly, u can still play the game with original ruleset/content, not expansion ruleset/content

There is already a working trainer for the game with dlc and latest version , just not here on this site.

That is what I have been using. There is actually 2 of them that are working. One is free which is curretly what I have been using since release of the new expansion, and the other is pay which I refuse to do. Some people seem happy to use the cheat engine table as well. But at least there are some options available until MAF get his out the door.

I play as Deity with full number of AI and i'm doing ok but is going too long to conquer someone... i stay 75 turns with koreea just fighting in no man zone and nobody win ) was epic

Well, its not working for everyone. So we are still eagerly awaiting the update to the trainer. And while doing so, having fun with cheatengine

Yea you have the version before they added the fix

It is not letting me put the link. I have tried several times. So use the image below. The link is in the address bar scroll all the way down to where it say download address and under the first section Network is 3.d.m ( without the dots) click the first telecom and it will download.

You can see my gold faith . All of the player features work for me. I have not tried any of the AI ones. Every one that PM'd me will have to use this method to get trainer because it takes to long to wait to send a new message. I had to wait 895 seconds to send this reply.

For everyone asking this version works for me . You need to manually go where you see in picture and do as he said.

Honestly no idea , i don't use trainers when i play multiplayer , i don't see point to cheat in a game , takes out all the fun , as for singleplayer i use sometimes the trainer but for a bit of gold nothing more.

In Multiplayer it works not and self it works, the game is then asyncron and crashed

well unless you use the IGE in Civ IV or the In-Game Editor mod for Civ V and Beyond Earth. Sadly, no modders have made one for Civ VI yet.
