It does have instant build both for ships and structures, it takes a second or two for the ship/structure to spawn. As for the others, meh. Trainer options are intended to only work with the local copy of the game, when you’re playing with friends they need to also be running the trainer for any options to take effect.

Like most games operating in multiplayer each players game acts independently of the others and tells the others what’s going on. Your game can’t tell anyone else's game what resources they have or how much antimatter they have. To my knowledge the game also likes to crash in multiplayer when the trainer is online because your game state doesn’t match what the other players game says you should have.

MAF also doesn’t make trainers for multiplayer which I support, if I use them online it’s only because my friend knows and is also using them so we have a fair match.

That being said it needs an update.
