Are you using the normal windows explorer to extract? Sometimes it has issues. I'd recommend using 7zip or Winrar which are much better and have a bunch of extra features should you ever want to compress anything yourself.

Everytime I try to extract the trainer my antivirus always says its malware when I know its not. I cant tell my antivirus that its good before it deletes it

You can try to whitelist the folder or the application it self inside the antivirus program before you open it. Or turn off the antivirus then download the trainer and whitelist it after reactivating it
