It sounds like it might be a false positive as most trainers the way that they inject code into a game causes this with antivirus programs, as for not being able to download again that sounds like you have blocked the download in your antivirus program and need to go into its settings and reset the block on the download which is usually under configuration - firewall - application rules, then look for the one applicable to the download file and untick it or allow it if it says it is blocked. Hope this sorts it out for you.
