Because it is an Injector. Mostly all Trainer will give you false-positive. Live with it or leave it.

MrAntifun has been tested and verified Trainer Maker. Antiviruses may see works of trainers as malware or such. Whitelist trainer, exclude it in the AV or close AV before launching trainer.
