i am using the gog edition.

Hey i know this game is very old and other trainers exist with basic options there is also a request for this but from 2014 :/ with no one supporting it :'(
what i cant find is unlimited population or at least increase to 500 perhaps
the modding community never got big for this game sadly

so only cheats i would like to see is
unlimited or high population

i have found a way to have unlimited population spawned around 500 on map but the moment 1 of your units die the cheat breaks and the amount of units you have will be bugged that makes you not able to create more units. i do have found table for instant units & other options for game version 1.54
