Avast doesn't like any of MAF's trainers, they're not viruses. Get AVG instead as it is a lot better than Avast and it doesn't treat MAF's trainers as a virus.

Mcafee is better than both of them never (for me anyway) triggers and alarm for MAF's trainers.
