Is there a way to make it so infinite ethic and trait points don't effect other races?

I seems to make a difference WHEN the trainer and its options are activated.
Activated after loading a savegame, trainer 1.2.0 crashes on Stellaris 1.2.5 (328a), the game first stutters and then grinds to a halt.
Activated on the main screen and with cheat options activated before loading a savegame, it seems to run fine - at least no sudden crash occurred to me.

When are you activating the options? The post above you suggested doing it in the main menu rather than in the game itself.

I just got the game. The cheats wont activate for me for some reason. It says the .exe is on but when i press F1 to activate trainer. It wont activate. I just get the stuck screen sound. Could there be something im doing wrong?

Cheats activate and work, but the game crashes after a couple minutes of using it.

Before people start saying it works fine, or you have to do this I will explain what I have tried and what I was doing:

I have Stellaris 1.2.5.

I click play, on the launcher.
- Above here is the same each time-

I enter the game, press New Game button.
Load the trainer up, activate each cheat apart from the Freeze Day.
Create a new faction.
Going from top to bottom, modifying the new faction.
I reach traits, selected 2 traits, and crashes.

Try 2:

Enter the game.
Load trainer up, and activate each cheat again, apart from Freeze Day.
Create new faction.
Going from top to bottom, modifying new faction.
Get to the traits, activate one trait, and it crashes.

Try 3:
Load game.
New Game.
New Faction.
Top to bottom.
Activate trainer and cheats.
Select 6 traits, crashes.

Now, when I say activate trainer and cheats, thats when I loaded the trainer up, Alt-Tab'ed to do so.

Trainer needs updating to 1.2.5.

If needed, I can get proof and upload it to YouTube, but I believe with the amount of people above me, saying it crashes. You should believe me in saying, the trainer needs to be updated.

It's didn't crash for me. I Am using game ver. 1.2.5 with trainer 1.2.0
I use every available option and also played more than 4 hours. No crashes at all.

How exactly did you do this? Step by step if possible so people can follow it, and hopefully use the trainer as well.
Because as I stated, I can get proof if needed. Yet it would be hassle to do so, meaning I won't get proof unless really needed, or MAF asks for it.

For me trainer is working as well.

I just started the game, started trainer, pressed F1 and I'm good to go.
No crashes what so ever and every option is working fine - except this god mode but it never worked for me.

Trainer is working fine for me. Game hasn't crashed at all no matter when I activate the trainer.

The only thing is that I don't believe "God Mode" is always working, not sure why, but in the big scheme of things it's not really that big an issue.

As always, Mr. Antifun delivers. Love his work.

It keeps crashing on me too, pretty much as soon as i click on the "select" button after i select "create new"
