Still not working after using the "bat" file "Disable Windows Defender"

Still getting the prompt sound whenever I try to activate a cheat, the same sound you get when changing the volume bar.
Now paranoid af that viruses gonna eat my PC after disabling it.

Give me more details like what trainer is about? what version of the game and which version of trainer you using?
