Its a function for the new trainer engine , Not used for this game though .

Main improvement for the new trainer for this game is false positives from antivirus

The ammo requires you to reload the gun with at least 3 rounds in to activate it. As for the others, no trick, they just work for me.

good to know about the ammo. Thank you. I havnt tryed the ammo yet however for some odd reason after about 20 seconds of being activated all of them but the health one stops to work for me.
