I would like to make a suggestion for the forum.
Would it be possible to create a dedicated Technical Support / Technical Discussion section where technical questions, problems, troubleshooting, and other technical topics can be posted in one place?
At the moment, technical questions seem to be scattered throughout different sections of the forum, which makes it difficult to find relevant information and also makes the forum increasingly difficult to navigate.
I would also really appreciate it if this section could be moderated occasionally. It doesn't need constant moderation, but it would be helpful if a moderator checked in from time to time, especially to keep the section organized and make sure questions are posted in the appropriate place.
When looking through the forum, I have noticed quite a few technical questions that have remained unanswered for years. For example, there are posts from 2014 with thousands of views but no replies at all. That makes it difficult for people who are currently experiencing the same problem to find useful information or get help.
A dedicated technical section could give the community a proper place to ask these questions and help prevent technical topics from being scattered throughout the rest of the forum.
There are clearly many people in this community who have technical knowledge and are willing to help. I think it would be great to give them a dedicated place where they can do that.
