• First activate trainer then go to a house you dont own , Click on the house and once its details include price appear on screen go to the trainer and click on Game Editor , Then put in the value for the house you want it to be , Should go with 1$ , Once you done that close the house details window then open it once again, The price of the house would be changed to 1$ , Once you buy it go back to the trainer and reset the house value to 999,999,999 or whatever you want it to be , You could sell it to get huge amount of money from the sale .

Can you make a trainer that can modify other values such as Timed events since im stuck in the Shelby GT500 DLC mission?

No but on the other hand YOU could get a decent anti virus that doesn't scream fake positive at every single .zip you download.

Works great on getting the houses for nothing, but on the other end the price doesn't follow at the agency so you can't sell it for a custom price, only to the default price.

Hey guys, first thanks for the trainer ! Then, for get a lot of money you need to use cheat engine, search for the amount of the house (by selling it), I tried for the Yacht so it's 4.000.000 and I got 3 adresses, then I changed them to 999.999.999 and it worked.
