Doesn't work i press F1-F2-F3-F4 and F5 but nothing happens with the binding of isaac: afterbirth trainer D:, help please.

EDIT: When i open the trainer and the game, trainer status is: "Game is on" but after 2-3 minutes i started the game the status change: "Game is off".
