I made it using steam release , Are you using an extra dlc or something? ,Also start game first then the trainer.

Hello, only recently started playing The Binding of Isaac Wrath Of The Lamb
the trainer worked, and now yesterday and why it is not working, it says that it is enabled but does not work, I don't know if the version changed or something.
