The supposedly new version of the trainer for Steam (which was made by STINGERR) still does not work. Inf. Health and 1 hit kills activates, but doesn't actually do anything. And all of the rest of the options fail to activate. Same as before the supposed update. Doesn't actually seem like anything was fixed.

It works if you change the executable with the one from binaries that ends in .. shipping.exe.Add that executable in wemod then start the game from wemod.Works like a charm.
