Why does my computer freak out and try to block the file when I download it?

Cause its a file with messes with data in your Ram so it could be a "virus" and your systhem thinks it is one but its not i have been using his stuff for a moth never had a problem

how do you even download it ?

Click here (you'll pretty much always want the latest version of any trainer) and you'll get a download box, from there just hit save and then start the trainer after you start the game world.
