How do you use the infinite items. It worked for the first few hours of the game but then stopped working

Be sure to turn off antivirus before you start the game and trainer for the 'infinite items' cheat to work.

Unfortunatelly, it's not working, or is it just me ? Trainer and game is running, trainer rading is "game is ON", but when I pres any of Fx key, I can only hear strange beep in game (with delay) and nothing will happen.
