I did inf shurikens and money with cheat engine, it was pretty easy

Health no longer works.
Infinite Jump key isn't as accurate either. Activation is not consistent/ doesn't register at all.
Willing to donate to have it fixed asap.

Yeah trainer doesn't work at all for me.

Doesn't work for me either.

Pressing F1 or F2 in the game or in the trainer itself does not appear to do anything.

Booted up game myself to check and it does seem the trainer needs updating even after jumping once like instructed.
