Is this not getting an update? Why is there a trainer setup exe file? There were many different trainers last time i checked......

Have you not kept up with events? Antifun set up partnership with WeMod team, all of his trainers are now being converted over to the WeMod application. He is working on converting all his trainers to be on WeMod as he updates them. You will need to download WeMods app in order to use a fair amount of his trainers, especially of those of recently updated or newly released games.
