Hey there. It works, you just have to wait a few seconds or atleast 1-2 minutes because of loading. Make sure to open trainer first then the game.
Start game in Windowed mode. When loaded, press f1 few times and wait till it says Trainer Activated, then press slowly from F2 to F7 then wait few seconds to everything turns on and AFTER few seconds.. try to hit F8 Button few times in game and clicking on desktop on trainer ofc. Same for F9. It should work.

I'm currently having the same issue, it just won't load. It worked last night via your method but when i try to do it today it just makes the window "ding" sound and nothing

all the other commands work though just F8 and F9 do that

1.run the trainer
2.run the game
3.load a game or start a new
4.ingame press F1 wait a few seconds"trainer activated"
5.activate some cheats F2-F7 press only one time
6.for F8 and F9 press it(windows sounds "bling") wait 2-3 minutes...
7.press F8 and F9 again...........1 minute later"cheat activated"
