Yes. In order to not get banned I suggest you to launch the trainer in Offline mode, get all the money and skill points you need, then close it. Close the game and launch it again if you want to play in Multiplayer.

You mean launch the Game in offline mode, or launch Steam in Offline mode, although I don't think the game has any protection but still worth launching it in Offline mode.

I don't think either but better be safe when you have a legal copy of the game.

Game Crashes when you cast a shot

There is a known game bug with latest update, game will crash with any weapon bar the first rifle you get, it isn't the trainer.
