no don t use it online server [rainbow 6 siege has elaborately prepared anti cheat protection program] just use it single player because if you use any trainer on online server you may get banned from secured server and you may not even play anymore online the game after this happens.

Could you add a trainer option to freeze the game timer and the timer in missions where you must defend hostages?

Yea , It may do that , Most important is health doesn't effect enemy ,Games with anticheats are harder to debug .
