you can activate all options including god mode,here are some options which need 1 turn
Soldiers reinforcement 1 Turn
Building 1 Turn
Research 1 Turn

When I try to activate only god mode, it just gives me that windows ding/error sound.

yeah same here, I just want god mode and units after battle, but I have to activate all other options for them to work.
and when I then cancel all the unwanted options god mode doesn't work.

Keep F1 and F2 only active ,You don't have to activate all options.

If you meant to God Mode then the answer is yes, Your army will never die, Doesnt matter how small your army.


EDIT: Now i understand the Q, And i dont think so, only if you are playing, Not auto-battle.

I didnt test it tho, you need to check it.

You will lose health if you using auto-resolve battle, only assault(where you can control your army) works

Yup , Game updated , Version number didn't change but the game build number has changed.
