I know this is a few weeks old, but the new trainer deletes on download because your anti-virus probably identify it as a fake virus and deleted it. Therefore, turn off your anti-virus and then download the trainer. Another problem is, if you turn on your anti virus after restarting your computer/laptop then it will delete it again when you run the trainer, so you'll need to add the trainer.exe into your anti-virus "exceptions".
